Robert G. Allen is an author and popular seminar host that’s most known for his work with real estate courses. Throughout the years Robert G. Allen has advertised products such as Nothing Down for the 2000′s, Multiple Streams of Income, Creating Wealth, and One Minute Millionaire. Yet, the question most people want answered is, “can you really become wealthy with Robert Allen’s real estate courses?” Click here to check his course.

The truth I really don’t know this guy, and this is the first time I heard about him. So I researched him and see who he is and if he is a scam or not. There are many success studies and some also saying that he is a scam or something like this. Let’s see some videos about people talking about him.

Oh this guy is from Venezuela, I should meet him one day and see if this is true…Click Here

Also found some testimonials via other website, Testimonial: Joan, Toronto, ON Canada. I attended a seminar given by Mr. Karl Noons in Toronto last Nov. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life. Mr. Noons was a great presenter, had factual information, knew what he was talking about and could really relate to the attendees on a one to one level although he was talking to a group of us. Very professional, well dressed. To make a long story short. I have flipped 2 properties in the last 3 months, have made over $100,000 and I am about to close on my 3rd property. I was at my lowest when I saw the ad in the paper to attend the Robert Allen Seminar. I almost did not go because my car broke down the day of the seminar, but I decided to go and now my life has completely turned around. Thank you Karl Noons…Most people that complain on blogs are the ones that try to find excuses and blame other people on why they don’t succeed. Get over it, and do something!

Multiple Streams of Income with Robert Allen on The STRIP VI

Robert himself talking about his program, check it out and see what he can say. But also remember that he want to sell you like anyone!

This qoute is from his site:

On live TV I promised the world I would make $24,000 in 24 hours, and… I failed ….. instead I ‘cracked the code’ and made $94,532.44 in 24 hours.

I really don’t believe this guy. Even if that’s true someone have to came to me and I should see what he have earned infront of me. So for my opinion this is another joke on how to make money.

A 365-Day, “Iron-Clad” Guarantee

This is what I saw in his site about a 365 day guarantee:

Download my program. Read it and try it out…and…put my proven methods to the test. If after taking action on any of my proven methods, you aren’t satisfied with the results (within 365 days of purchase), I’ll gladly refund your full purchase price of $29.95

No hassles and no hard feelings.

REMEMBER—I need your success story for my upcoming promotional tour so I have a VERY strong interest in making sure that this program works for you!

But please read the terms and conditions of this program:

Do you have contact info for Robert Allen. Fell for “Multiple Streams of Income” bit in February 09 and have rec’d nothing other than a phone call last week from a man who kept talking about working out of the home. Did not get phone number or address. Cancellation must be in writing but can’t get address to cancel. Do you have any contact info?

Robert Allen has been sued so many times it’s not even funny. The government has shut down several of his scams. Do just a little online research. Please!!

Francis, if you check my review is not positive. Anyways, I would like some sites where it says that have been sued.

I have long enjoyed your writing and information on your blog. but, I find this blog post to be confusing and misleading.

I think you clearly understand that Robert Allen is a scam artist. But, you’ve also included enough links to bait your readers to click through. Is this a “review me” request you got?

I think there is a fine line between making money and being ethical. As a fan of your site, I hope you can continue to maintain high standard.

YOU MUST CANCEL my order immediately! I thought I might try your program but right now I cannot afford to do so. I must hear from your Immediately stating that you have canceled my order that was placed on May 1, 2010. At the time I signed up it showed that I would be getting the initial up for $49.95 less $35.00 mail-in rebate and I was only going to be paying $14.95 – then the $29.95 per month sign up. So please cancel this order IMMEDIATELY!! If I don’t hear from you by Monday, May 3, 2010 – I will be contacting a lawyer to get me out of this scam!

What a rip off this is! You talk a big game, convince folks that you are a great upstanding company, strong principles – blah! I initially fell for your line and paid $97.00 for “materials” never received. I received a telephone call from one of your “coaches” who’s attitude I did not find pleasing at all. After our conversation I emailed him and told him I did not wish to continue in any way with this program. He gave me an “800″ number to call to request the refund of my money. I called that number today and spoke to “Daisy” who flatly refused to refund my $97.00. So, now I am out $97.00 for materials never received and now after contact with two rude and sarcastic employees of your organization, have no desire to participate in! I would very much like to receive my $97 back without having to go any further than this. The question that your Daisy couldn’t answer was “how would I participate since I was never sent any information?” Thank you for your assistance. B. Fisher

I have got into this blind-sided. I payed money to begin Prosper University. What a joke! I called to get student help and all I got was read this, go to this web-site and never any true help. I, also, have not received anything in the mail for books and information to help me succeed. I have called Prosper 3 times now and I have gotten no where! I am again waiting for a phone call back from Steve, who went over the program with me. Never was I once told that I would be taking a lot more money out of my own pocket to make money. The college is forcing me to pay $200 cancellation fee. Cindy, at the college, states I must have names and dates of people I spoke to in student support. Why would I think I would have to have this information? Can anyone help me out here? This is a scam gone wild.
