I disabled all of my campaigns about 6-8 months ago. I haven't been using it since and then in December I received my email. I could still log into my account and set up a campaign without any indication of the ban, but the ad that I tried setting up never changed from pending after an entire week. I admit, all of my campaigns may have not been the best, but you have to learn some how. I never advertised anything I felt was sneaky or scammy though. Take Care - Heidi I received it too.
