Option differs for each Campaign

Question
Hi everyone,
I have enabled the Content network for one of my client. In that Edit campaign setting, Under the content network i saw a new check box called “Content Bid” Check box. After checking that i have saved my changes. After that it asks me to fill the Max CPC for content network. Actually now only I saw this feature. I have entered some max CPC and saved that changes.
After that i got an idea that i can do this for my another client too. so i have opened that account and have gone to “Edit Campaign Setting”. But i didn’t see that “Content Bid” check box. Have anyone seen like this?
Sorry i have Mentioned that as Campaigns. The Options differs between each Account
After that i have checked all my clients. 20% of the clients are not having this feature to be enabled. Anyone knows the Answer? Thanks

That is quite correct, Tropical Island - although this should now be visible to all advertisers.
