Yahoo index updates - how often?

Hi

Have got lots of new pages (about 1000) added on our website recently and have created an A to Z to list it. As well there is one random individual link to these generated daily and these are updated on yahoo. The a to z is indexed on yahoo but yahoo does not seem crawl through these from the a to z. Have got it on the site for over a month now. Seems to work fine for Google.

Any suggestions please and wondering how often and how deep does Yahoo crawl and update their indexes?

- Based on my recent experience, Yahoo weather reports announcing update come every six weeks or so. I’m thinking we’re going to see an annoucement before month’s end.

Getting a new site and its pages into their index might be a different story.

- I came here expecting an update news here. One of my site was getting 1 or 2 daily from yahoo, suddenly it got 10 so far now.
