I know about article submitting to article directories and that supports well for search engine ranking.. but i have a doubt. I submit articles to article directory when i add new article to my website. The same article i add to my site is added to the article directory too. so, wont the search engine find it as a duplicate contents? what is the differrent betweent duplicate content and to this? Please give me any suggestion ragarding this and please help me regardng this doubt.

I don’t do article submissions anymore, because i largely found them a waste of time. but i think they best way of doing it is this:
NEVER include the article on your own website.

i know that sounds stupid, but you are just asking for a load of duplication penalties.
when you write an article, write it specifically for the article directories. obviously you will still need to write about the same subject as your site, but you don’t have to use the same words. the important thing is the links.

if five competing sites all pick up the same article then they will get duplication penalties, but you won’t. so it’s much better for you.

Yeap, I agree, never write an articles to put on your website and also submit it to article directory.

Why you said articles submitting it’s waste of time? I thought articles submitting is great for target keyword search traffic.

I have submitted many times, but don’t know if it is luck or not, I prefer to get backlinks in a natural way (If the readers loves the article and has a site for sure he/she will link to your article).

I see. getting backlink from natural linking or articles submission is totally different story. Of course, write great post and getting natural link back is always prefer.

Anyway, I though article submission didn’t bring in any traffic or incoming link, that’s why it’s waste of time. Apparently, you just have better option here:)
