How Do I Avoid Having My minimum CPC Raised? “The Google Slap”

What exactly does Google require to stop from raising the minimum on certain keywords.

I hear this referred to as the “google slap”

One minute you’re paying 10-20 cents and the next thing you know is,your keywords have been disabled and Google is demanding $5-$10 per click to reactivate them. Any Ideas?

Relevant landing pages with those keywords in the ad and on the landing pages hope this helps!
