I have playing around to make this thing works and figured out how to make this work. The problem was that this top commentators doesn't work when you add the code with a widget version of the blog. But unfortunately, not many people as lucky as the person you mention above. I have a friend who have the same situation, but end of the day, still get ban so sometime it's best to use a company to register a adsense account rather then personal account if you are serious about using adsense advertising business.
