Website SEO score tool

Stumble it!When I first saw this tool (WebsiteGrader link) I thought : “This is another link bait” but after playing around with it. It seems that is a good tool for begginers in Search engine optimization field. When I first checked googlelady.com the score was 86 but after some changes that they suggest (and really simple ones) it went up to 97/100. (To learn more about search engine optimization)
A website grade of 97 for www.googlelady.com means that of the thousands of websites that have previously been submitted to the tool, our algorithm has calculated that this site scores higher than 97% of them in terms of its marketing effectiveness. The algorithm uses a proprietary blend of over a dozen different variables, including search engine data, website structure, approximate traffic, site performance, and others.
As you can see in this pictures, they grade each site from different factors: Google Pagerank, Alexa Rank, Technorati Rank, Inbound links from yahoo and google, Delicious saved account and google indexed pages.

Thanks to this tool, I figured out that I have been banned from technorati without any reason and it seems that this was happening from a long time. I have emailed technorati and hoping to get unbanned. (and not me only, john chow was banned as well).
Alexa Rank:
I have been an anti-believer alexa rank, but nowadays there are many programs, tools, affiliate programs… that check the site alexa rank. Note for your knowledge only, that alexa rankings can be fooled easily.

Google indexed pages
I have been reading about this issue, to know how many pages Google have indexed your site. No one can tell you the accurate number of pages indexed but it can be done for an avarage.
a 96% is not bad eh? Even my grade is greater than the same Google

As you mentioned, a lot of the figures are not real indications of effectiveness of a webpage. Its sad that a site that gets 100x more traffic via search engines of mine ranks lower than one that gets like 100 views a day…

You are talking here two different things:
- SEO
and
- Traffic
Both of them are different things, the score that you got there is not the traffic but how you applied your SEO, it also checks for alexa ranking (that is traffic) but I think this tool take into cosideration more the search engine optimization factors than traffic.
