Bidvertiser Abusing publishers?

I have been checking some contextual advertising companies to monetize my site. Google adsense will not accept Googlelady because of the name “Google” in the domain. So I was searching some contextual advertising that may be will work here. I have two contextual advertising that for my opinion they were/was or is abusing Googlelady.

I have been using bidvertiser here for more than 1-2 months. The results were great yes I liked them till the last week. I always check through my pages and articles to see how and what they are serving. This is how it looks:

When I changed my blog design bidvertiser clicks have been from 0-1 click each day and that was very strange. I changed the colors and the clicks increased from 2-3 clicks per day (Still strange, when it decrease more than 700% in clicks). Anyways, I thought that is the design but then I went from article to article and see what they are serving. Puff! my surprise just ads like the picture above. Why is this issue with Bidvertiser?

My 2 cents:

Most of Googlelady are webmasters, bloggers and people that want to optimize and monetize their blogs/sites. So they can benefit from Googlelady to get extra publishers/advertisers there. For me, that is unfair when you get few cents per click from those ads. Also this though came when I see that bidvertiser are highly advertising in Johnchow. So I think this time, if they want to advertise here they should pay for it: Advertise here

May be some server errors? I have checking this thing for almost 1 week and checked other sites using bidvertiser and they are ok.

So Bidvertiser is removed from Googlelady.
