		<description>I think there&#039;s a bit of a dilution factor too.  As more and more sites come online, the amount of &quot;link juice&quot; may become spread more thinly.  Just one theory though.

Google may very well penalize certain sites for selling links, but it&#039;s unlikely they can police the whole web.  

I wouldn&#039;t start worrying unless my sites saw a big drop in traffic from the Google search engine.</description>
