I have decided to make a new raw of post weekly and post new news and good articles in the whole industry from Affiliate marketing news to search engines news. Let’s start this week with the first Googlelady weekly diggest and would like some opinions as well.

co.uk plural domain goes for $1M - buyer already had the singular

It seems that co.uk domain names are getting worther than .com, the last big bang in domain name industry was for cruises.co.uk which was bought for $1.1 Million Dollar and the funny thing is that the buyer has the singular version.

It may be the most ever paid for a single letter of an Internet address. A British travel company has paid $1.1 million for the domain name cruises.co.uk, a price that is effectively $1 million just for the letter “s” since it already owns the address cruise.co.uk. The sum shatters the previous record for a .co.uk domain of $300,000, paid in October last year.

AOL buys affiliate firm Buy.at

Those that are already affiliated with Buy.at knows what is going on. AOL Bought Buy.at an affiliate network from UK. The price is not known but I think is worth mention this piece of news.

The SEO Handbook 2008

May be I am a little bit late but my friend David releases the new version of the seo handbook which can be found here (No Affiliate link). Today I tried to register and buy it for a price of $10 bucks only but he just accepts paypal, anyways, knowing David I am sure that this guy don’t make some B.S writting. I will try to get the e-book and make a quick review on it.
