Week 10: Investing in my Online Business
March 3, 2008
This is week 10 of How to make Money Online in 3 months case study.
One of the main factors why an online business or your blog will not succeed is because you are not re-investing into it. My strategy will be very well planned because I am not willing to loose the hard-earned money that CouponCodesMall.com have been producing. Remember that this case study was created in mind that is my only site with just $100 capital (used much less, check How to Make Money Online to follow this case study since the beggining).
Here are is my list on what I will advertise to make my project succeed as much as I can:
- Search Marketing: You know how much targetted visitors you can get and in less time with Search Marketing like Google Adwords. This is my main tool that I will use to get as many visitors (Aka: Customers) to CouponCodesmall.com.
- Advertising: I will buy advertising packages from other related sites and see how much it is worth. Will buy and try some sites that are related to my niche
- Reviews As I mentioned in Week 9 I will buy reviews in related-niche sites.
- Hiring Writters: As my time is very limited I will try to find writters so they can write reviews and some good articles about Shopping guides. My favorite sites to find writters with good prices are: Freelancer
- Design And System: In the near future I will try also to find a programmer and a designer to invest in a better design and may be an automatic unique system for this. I will keep the blog for marketing purposes.
Everything that is related to “Improve” my online business I will for sure invest and test it out. Also will try to find other ways and programs to see if can improve my quality traffic that turns customers.

Great advice. Getting out there so people can find you is very important, and often times that will take an investment. Although the investment usually pays off in the end, it is often crucial to get you on the right path. The important factor here is make sure that what you are investing in, will truly help your business, because lets face it, if you spend money on advertising that doesn’t bring in people you are wasting money that could have been spent on other avenues.
