If you need technical support, then you can call the Main Line at 866-573-4678 toll free number. Clients who live outside the US may call up 801-494-8462. Call anytime of day or night, any day of the year. For billing support, call the same lines mentioned from Mondays to Saturdays at 6 am to 10 pm EST. The abuse department is also available at those same lines, but from Mondays to Fridays only from 8 am to 5 pm MST. In addition, the sales support staff can be reached at those telephone numbers too.
Those who wish to reach HostMonster via regular mailing post can use this email address available at the Contact session of their site. These support options complement the ticket system at the Help tab.
